Your first A$15.00 AUD payment starts after you approve the preview and our team confirms hosting is ready, just before connecting your domain. It then renews monthly until cancellation. It covers the standard production website, managed hosting and continued access to the AI website editor. Separately scoped custom work or third-party service costs are discussed before they are charged.

What can I do for free?
Provide your current website and rebuild direction, create a working preview and review the result without moving your live website. There is no payment required to begin.
What does the A$15.00 AUD per month include?
Managed production hosting on your business domain and continuing access to the AI website editor, so you can prepare and publish future improvements.
Does the rebuild replace my live website straight away?
No. It starts at a separate preview address. Your existing website and domain remain untouched until you approve the result and choose to go live.
Will I lose the content from my current website?
The goal is to retain the useful services, business information and story you already have, then improve how it is organised and presented. You review the result before anything is promoted.
Can a change be published without me seeing it?
The workflow is preview first. You inspect a prepared change before promoting it, so asking for an improvement does not immediately alter the site your customers use.
What if my site has a shop, bookings or customer login?
Those services need a separate review before launch. A website preview does not automatically transfer customer accounts, payments, booking data or third-party integrations. We agree any additional work before it is charged.
What happens to my domain and business email?
You keep your domain. After approval and hosting checks, we show the exact DNS records to update, and a signed-in AI guide helps you find the settings for your DNS service. If you get stuck, send Steve a support request with screenshots or PDFs and continue by email. We review your existing website and email records before the cutover.
